Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN AUSTRALIA)

We aim to process orders within 3-5 business days. Most packing is done over the weekend, Please note that this may be slightly longer during sales events & busy periods of the year as we are a one woman shop. Once shipped out to you please allow an average of 7-14 days for delivery. All orders are shipped with registered post will you be provided with a tracking number once posted. 

PICK UP ORDERS

You may select 'pick up' at checkout if you wish to collect your order from me in Annerley, Brisbane. Once your order is ready for collection I will shoot you an email or text with the pickup address. I do still work a full-time office job so my general availability for pick-ups is week days after 5pm & anytime weekends. Please keep an eye on your messages for the confirmation 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I am in the process of working out any kinks with international shipping. If it is not working for you please contact me! Please note that it is the buyers responsibility to be aware of any taxes, custom costs, inspections or import restrictions in your country, as the buyer will be liable for these.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns or exchange for change of mind. We will only accept returns if the item has arrived to you damaged. If this is the case please contact us directly within 24 hours of receiving your damaged item(s) to resolve the issue.

HELP! MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/STOLEN! 

Pumpkin Cat Collectables is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the delivery has been confirmed to your address by Australia Post. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure they provide a safe delivery location - if you're worried you might not be home to get your package & live on a busy street there is other options for delivery available! You can get it delivered to your workplace, or Australia Post offer secure Parcel Lockers completely FREE for your convenience! If your package has disappeared once you've received a delivery notification, we can raise a claim with Australia Post to recover the costs of the package but no compensation from this is guaranteed.  You're also able to open a case direct with Australia Post using the tracking details provided to you.

UH OH! I'VE ENTERED MY OLD ADDRESS! 

We've all been there, auto-fill doing us dirty. We get it. Please contact us via email (info@pumpkincatcollectables.com) IMMEDIATELY. ASAP! As soon as you notice that boo-boo please email us. Not via Facebook, not via Instagram, smoke signal or messenger Pidgeon. All emails are dealt with as priority and this is the best chance of fixing your address. Unfortunately if the order has already been shipped, Pumpkin Cat Collectables cannot be held accountable for any losses. It is the buyers full responsibility to ensure they have entered their full and correct details at checkout and it will be your responsibility as the buyer to contact Australia Post to try redirect the package.
