Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll need your order number to quote as your receipt of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on how and where to send your package to us. It is your responsibility to ensure they are packed correctly and stay safe during transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please take photos of the packaging & affected item(s) for us to place an insurance claim with the courier. We expect you contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the damaged item to raise insurance claims & rectify the issue, any contact outside of this window we unfortunately cannot guarantee the damage was made in transit. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on custom items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Due to the fragile nature of our items we do not offer change of mind returns.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in the condition you received it, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, then you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to you.
